Note: download and sign the Welcome Packet, the Medical Consent form, CAPF 60 and CAPF 15 (requires signatures), make checks payable to Civil Air Patrol. Although the squadron does have some uniforms for issue, the cadet/senior member is ultimately responsible for their own uniforms.
